The CPU in this tool is a S7 200 – CPU 224 PLC but the program can be extended to other PLCs also.
Before you start the tool
To get the tools that you want, you must have it installed in your COMPUTER.
When you get the S7 200 – CPU 224 PLC tools on your COMPUTER, make sure you download the entire folder named S7 200 – CPU 224 PLC on your Computer.
The Firmware can be downloaded from our server.
You can see your purchasing option on the screen. This tool can only be installed in a S7 200 – CPU 224 PLC where the CPU is clocked at 56.0 MHz. Any other option will not work.
If your S7 200 – CPU 224 PLC does not have the firmware when you go to purchase, select “Upgrade firmware for Siemens PLCs”.
Upgrade firmware for Siemens PLCs
This will download the new firmware when you purchase the tool.
Alternatively you can download the firmware using your computer but remember that it will not be updated when you purchase it.
How to install the tool:
To Install this tool, first you must have all required drivers downloaded
on your COMPUTER.
Install the required drivers (There are 3 modes; Windows XP Mode, Windows 8/7)
When finished, click on the file “Install Win32”
In the next screen, Click on the “Run” button (or you can Select the option of “Open” and click on OK)
After installing the drivers, install the executable program
Make sure you download the latest version of the executable file
If you are downloading it from our server, select your purchase option when you download
(Usually you only need to select “Win32”)
After you download it, Install it by clicking on the file.
Run the program
After you have installed the PLC programming on the console, we recommend you exit the program and turn it on.

How to test the tool:
1. Connect the PLC to the PC
2. Click on the “Test” button
When finished with the download, install the program.
When you run the application
we should first know the input and output points of the program we are uploading and where we will execute it.
i have uploaded this program for input mode.
for example open this program and you will see all connections.
the program should be uploaded to input point 7 and output points 1, 2 and 3
you should only upload the program you want to execute.

1, 2 and 3

to put input points there are 5 commands we must know.
1. in command C1 we should type the value which is to be put
2. C2 – Value to be put in C1
3. C3 – COMMENT
4. D0 – is for binary to decimal invertor
5. C7- Connecting point.
